House price growth is 'modest' for February, says latest Halifax report

HOUSE price growth was still evident, but at a more modest level in February according to the latest report out from the Halifax this morning. The rate of annual house price growth slowed to 1.8% last month, down from 2.2% in January, as house prices on average across the UK saw a small month on month increase of 0.4%. -»
