The Ten Degrees building AKA George Street in Croydon is currently being lit up each night with a stunning coloured light display.
The building is classified as "modular", meaning it was constructed by building, moving and then placing pre-built blocks or modules on top of one another.
Until recently it was the tallest such building in the world, standing at some 135 metres, but was recently overtaken by Claremont Tower in Singapore, which tops out at 140 metres.
After standing empty for nearly eight months, Ten Degrees is now ready to welcome new residents.
Renters have been waiting months to move into the new Ten Degrees development at 101 George Street – the world’s tallest modular building.
The two 44 and 38 storey towers were built by Tide Construction for developer Greystar and it offers 546 flats.
One bedroom flats are on offer from £1,450 a month with the option of coming furnished.
