PENSION assets are usually built up throughout a person's working life and in recent years, efforts have been made to encourage savers to become more engaged with their retirement funds. The government introduced automatic enrolment rules to get people to build their pots and new guidance rules are also forthcoming but despite these efforts, there is still an issue with gender disparity. -»
