Benefit cap: If the income limit is hit it could affect payments and other benefits

UNIVERSAL CREDIT covers a huge range of benefits that were previously paid separately prior to the introduction of the new system. Now all of the claimants benefits are paid in one go. The total amount of benefits and support that a single person can claim could stretch into double figures, as such the government has a cap in place to limit amounts. -»
