AVERAGE house price growth slid in September as property values dropped slightly from the previous month, according to latest figures released yesterday. The Nationwide House Price Index for September suggests that annual house price growth stood a just 0.2 per cent last month, but that prices cooled on average by 0.2 per cent when compared to August.
