Property UK: Sea view can add more than 50 percent to price of a home

OH we do like to be beside the seaside…..and we’re willing to pay an extra £68,000 for the privilege, according to new research. Homes in coastal towns which boast a view of the ocean have a price tag which is £68,632 or 29 percent higher on average than similar local properties where owners cannot see the waves from their windows. -»
