Festival city is a global hotspot

There are few cities in the world that could successfully host two of the biggest parties on Earth without fear of being eclipsed. Others may celebrate new year and have a summer festival but Edinburgh is more or less in charge of Hogmanay and its annual August event is the biggest arts festival on the planet. -»
