WE all know that not enough homes are being built in Britain, which makes some of the new developments on former Ministry of Defence land very impressive. Arborfield Green Garden Village, for instance, is a £600million development of 2,000 new homes on a former garrison site where a new section, Barkham Place, has just been released for sale.
