Bromley South station was cordoned off this afternoon after a station worker was reportedly attacked.
Emergency services were called to the station on Monday afternoon (May 31) and a staff member was taken to a major trauma centre by ambulance.
Police confirmed a teenage boy was arrested following the incident, reported shortly after 1pm.
A statement read: "British Transport Police were called at 1.09pm on May 31 to Bromley South station following a report that a member of railway staff had been assaulted.
"Officers are in attendance and a teenage boy has been arrested.
UPDATE: #BromleySouth has reopened for passengers to get on and off trains following police dealing with an incident earlier today.
Services through this station may be slightly delayed as we work to get things back to normal.

"A member of staff has been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment."
Southeastern directed passengers to avoid the station, adding it had been made exit only to allow police to carry out their investigation.
The station has reopened since the incident.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson added: "We were called at 1.15pm to reports of an incident at Bromley South station.
"We sent an ambulance crew and a medic to the scene.
"We treated a man at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority."
