Universal Credit claimants may be taken to court: Change in circumstances must be reported

UNIVERSAL Credit can be awarded to those who have fallen on financially hard times but should a claimant receive support, they will be required to report certain changes in their circumstances. If these changes are not reported, claimants could be issued with a penalty or taken to court. -»
